2. Design Notes

Most loading pins on the market are built from hollow tubing with a ring welded on top

Over time rings can loosen and welds can fatigue

This loading pin was designed from the start using solid 304 stainless steel to eliminate

those weak points while also providing excellent corrosion resistance

The top ring is mechanically locked first then welded and sealed to increase structural

stability

The structure is simple but built for long term use under real training loads

5. Material Verification

Many products do not clearly state material and often use stainless 201

Visual inspection alone is not reliable

All stainless is verified using chemical testing

Material is confirmed by color reaction

Due to the nature of stainless steel minor scratches or small dents may occur during

manufacturing and shipping

These are considered normal and do not affect the function or structure of the product

therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange
